How to clear Cache in Chrome
Open a Chrome browser and click on Customize and control Google Chrome (this appears as 3 vertical dots at the far right of the address bar)
Click on Settings
Scroll down until you see the Privacy and security section in Settings then click on Clear browsing data
Be sure the first 4 boxes are checked as illustrated below, then click on Clear data
Close out of Chrome Settings
