An Overview

The purpose of this article is to outline the steps needed to take to successfully login into the Freshdesk ticket system.


Please read through all important information before continuing with this article

  • There is no need to register, simply login using your company issues google account
  • DO NOT create a freshworks account, you just use your google account to sign in


Please make sure to follow all steps as written below. If there is any issues with this article please report them to the IT Department immediately for corrections and additions.

  1. Open your internet browser (Google Chrome preferred) and visit this link:
  2. At the CFS portal home, click the "Login" button located at the top right of the screen as shown below:

  3. Click the red google button labeled "G+ GOOGLE" to login with your CFS account

  4. Enter your full company issued email address (this includes the Once this has been entered press the "Next" button

  5. Enter the password used to access your company issued email. Once this has been entered press the "Next" button.
